Recording this piece was a life changing experience that took me out of my Brooklyn apartment and into the pubs, canal boats and late night chippies of Glasgow. A tour guided by Rico through his version of the city, where everyone wears black.

At Glasgow Film Theatre on 23 March I’ll be sharing stories from my time with Rico, showing footage from the studio sessions, and revealing the world premiere of the accompanying neon-drenched short film I produced alongside the album. RSVP so you don’t miss a beat.
